Raisen Vision Lens

Raisen Vision is a Shenzhen optics maker covering the lens and illumination side of a vision system. Its catalogue is built around FA lenses for general fixed-focus imaging and telecentric lenses for dimensional measurement, alongside bar, ring and backlight illumination and calibration targets. We stock the lenses together with the lighting on purpose. An inspection result is decided by the lens and the light long before the camera or the software sees anything: a part lit from the wrong angle produces a shadow the algorithm reads as a defect, and a lens with the wrong working distance cannot be corrected in code. Matching the three at the point of purchase saves the round of substitutions that otherwise follows the first trial.
